I was looking to add a needle valve to my propane line and came across an adjustable high pressure regulator for propane. Would it cause issues switching from a low pressure reg. to a high pressure one that offers me the adjustablity? And that should work for fine tuning too right?

Increasing the pressure increases the gas flow.....  Why would you want to increase the pressure then reduce the gas flow, lower than it is capable of now, using a needle valve ??

I suggest, installing the needle valve, see how that works.....  most folks are happy with the results of that mod alone.......

Sounds good Dave. The store I was at didn't have a good needle valve, only the adjustable HP regulator.
