High Heat paint at Homedepot is it priced right?

That is good stuff. I use it as touch up on my smoker each Spring. I really haven't had to use much, and I think it may even be more durable than the original coating because it doesn't seem to burn off too quickly.

I like the stuff.

I picked up a can of high heat spray primer and a can of high heat spray paint at Auto Zone for about $15 total. They are both rated for at least 1200 degrees.

I used the same on my UDS. I picked up a few cans at Lowes and they were 25% more volume 15 oz. cans for about 4.50 +- a can. They were cheaper than the smaller cans, go figure. Yes, it works great so far.
