Going thru fridge and found a super dry landjaeger from my last batch.

Ok cut up and eat it.

The caraway is really standing out now.

Did it dry out too much? I dry most of my umai by around 40%. Wonder what other folks prefer.

Super dry , but fantastic . Caraway was front and center , and that's a good thing .

It was the same. I like it dry like this.
