Hi guys,

New guy to cold smoking but I have thrown myself into it with reckless abandon!
Built myself a venturi smoker from 100x100mm rhs steel, a fish pond pump and tubing. I took down my old rusted 3 door filing cabinet, stripped it and repainted.
Now, as youd imagine, I'm very keen to get into it and smash out some delicious food.
I've lurked around this site previously gaining tips and im eternally grateful.
Looking forward to following all on our culinary adventure
