Just joined today. Just a backyard cooker from outside of Nashville, TN who enjoys cooking for the friends and family. Been cooking on various units for years, started with a COS cooker and a Brinkman Red Electric. Both might have been ugly and cheap but cooked a lot of consumable Q! :D

Stepped up to a Stumps Baby a couple of years ago and looking to add a Bubba Grill 250-R within the next month or so as I really want a stick burner as well as the gravity feed. Been a long time since I used an offset so I am sure I will probably ask questions until I get my legs back ...

Anyhow, just dropping in to introduce myself ...
