Hi to SMF

I just joined, I live in Southern California, High Desert area. I have a ceramic cooker and a Brinkmann offset fire box that I have made modification to for a better smoker. I would rather smoke than grill and am always looking for suggestions and new ways of smoking meats. My favorite are ribs and pork butts.
