I've been an amateur cook/chef for over 35 years (I don't cook for a living). My Dad was a gourmet Chef and I learned to cook at an early age. I can cook most anything. Smoking meats is all new to me. So here I am to learn. I'm in my early 50's married and have lots of friends that love when I cook for them.

I’m here to learn from seasoned smokers (pun intended), and yes I'm a class clown so you never know what I'm going to say. Sorry folks I'm not PC.
