Hi Folks. I'm an avid smoker from Toronto. I haven't been doing it for long (maybe 2 years), but I thoroughly enjoy it. The extent of my experience is mostly pork ribs, pulled pork and beef jerky. I have been using a Bradley 4 rack digital smoker and recently acquired a horizon 16" smoker which I have not yet used due to a lack of good smoking wood, however, I do have some nice apple and hickory drying in my yard. I would love to share recipes and methods with everyone.
