A little background. Started in this hobby in 2019. Started with two cheap offsets, have since went to pellets. Started with a Camp Chef smoke pro, now have a Traeger Timberline 850 D2, and soon my new Lone Star Grillz 42 pellet will be here. In addition, also have a Weber kettle, PK Original, ASF grill, Monument 4 burner gasser and a Camp Chef FTG600 flattop.

She’s finally here after a long 6 month wait. Got her out of the crate and doing the burn in now.

Thanks! I’m about 45 minutes south of Crystal River. I’m actually doing the first cook on it tomorrow.
