My name Dan i live about a hour from London
I own a brinkman smoke and grill vertical water smoker
Be smoking for about six months and really enjoying it
My aim is to get as good as the southern bbq'ers
Im starting to get the basic down but find it hard to
Keep the smoker going for longer than six hours
Is there any advice you can give me

One thing you should know...we want to see pictures of your smoker, the products you produce from the smoker.  We call this Q-view.

Welcome to the forums Dan.
If your smoker is like mine then it leaks like a sieve, the more air tight it is the longer your fuel will last. I just accept it and add wood when necessary.
I'll be looking forward to some Q-view from ya soon.
