I have been smoking for a few years now. and grew up with my dad smoking all the time. 

I have a simple charcoal grill/smoker for now. did a pork loin last night with alder mmmmm.

My next conquest is bacon i have a belly in the fridge as we speak probably going to do bearcarvers recipe first. I need to figure out a cold smoke generator asap so i can smoke these babies when they are done curing.

this place is a wealth of info already can not wait to learn somemore

Try and give Todd a call first thing in the morning, he's not that far from you, I bet he could get it shipped tomorrow to be to you by Saturday. I ordered some pellets Sunday, they were shipped Monday and tracking says they will be here Thursday and I'm farther away than you. He uses USPS so they deliver on Saturday.
