Hi, I just got a smoker/grill for christmas, so I thought I would see how to use it. So far the only smoking I have done is beef roast on a BBQ using indirect heat and tinfoil woodchip packs.
Thanks everyone, first q-view is going tobe a while.. still trying to find the parts to modify my ECB, a chiminy starter and some good size chunks of wood to use instead of chips.
