Hi everyone, I've been reading these forums for quite awhile and just haven't got around to introducing myself. I have a MES 30 and a small smokehouse that I have not used much. I've learned so much from others here and I never do a smoke without checking in and viewing here to confirm time, temperatures, and recipes. My favorite thing to smoke is ABTS's but I'm starting to get into sausages and really interested in improving in this area. Would love to hear from some fellow Albertans out there who really know what cold smoking is!
