Hi, from a bacon lover

Hi, I've been lurking for a while in the forums after finally succumbing to the urge to make my own bacon.  I've hot smoked bacon twice in my Smokenator, once using pork belly and once using pork shoulder.  I'm anxious to learn more about smoking!
