Hi Everyone, my name is Stephanie and I am 46 years old and live in York, PA.  I make a living as a nurse manager but have found my fun in cooking for years.  I love BBQ and just recently decided that I want to learn how to make my own. After reading reviews of smokers on this site  I decided on a masterbuilt 40 propane smoker because it met my needs of being easy, just under $200 big enough to hold a full slab of ribs yet small enough to fit on my apartment sized deck!  Thanks to recommendations found here the smoker is together including modifications, seasoned and ready to go for this weekend.  I look forward to learning from each of you, sharing my successes as well as my failures and some GREAT Q!!!
