Hi everyone i forgot to checkin to roll call the first time before rookie mistake i love the forum was going to build my own smoker but after reading all the rave reviews about the smokiin it im going with the #3 unit told the wife about the cost she thinks im nuts but that aint stoppin me i made up my mind the unit doing some research seems to be a no brainer as for quality and simplicity i learned the more features the more headaches i ho by a simple rule K I S S = keep it simple Stupid and it never steered me wrong the other units are more attractive with features but i like to cook not troubleshoot if it doesnt work well im sorry i got a runaway finger and this is my opinion thanks

Welcome Mike.  Pull up a chair and sit for a while.   I will warn you.  Once you start reading this forum, you will be addicted to everything smoking, stuffing sausage and hanging out with just plan ole good folk.    Have fun and enjoy your stay!
 
Thanks for the warm welcome Wes n Kat Iappreciate the hospitality its awesome i always loved anything smoked especialy pork bacon thsts almost as perfect a food can get when i was a kid working in my neighbors butcher shop i remember getting the ends of fresh slab bacon n cuttin the hunks of well done meat it was to die for cant wait to make my own :):):)
 
Haha,  I got skinny fingers and still can't spell.  Its all good!   The spell check here is a pain in the tail.   Only thing I don't like about the site.
