Sorry for the long delay in my post I have been Absent for awhile but im back and cant wait to get back to smelling smoke. I have been looking around the site and see that there are quite a few more ideas about smoking different things I just built a new trailer smoker and cant wait to get started. This weekend will be my first smoke on the new girl plenty of pics to come.
