Hey, all.  My name is Tom and I am from South Dakota.  I am new to smoking.  Did my first today, a small turkey and a large chicken.  They both turned out great.  No rubs or anything added (like I said, I am new to this).  I am using a Master Forge vertical charcoal smoker.

we do have a saying, no qview we dont believe you. kinda our way of slobering all over your smoke.
