I'm here mostly for tips & tricks on smoking grain/malt for distilling. Before anyone gets to wound up I'm licensed & permitted, DSP OH26 Woodshed Spirits in NW Ohio. Anyway, I'm also looking to up my smoking game for more traditional foods. Primarily interested in building my own cold smoker in the next few weeks and eventually a brick outfit like Wilbur D Hog in NC or similar. Been lurking for a while and figured it was to sign up.
