Man they are still swamped. Usually they slow down a little this time of the year. I can tell because of how many units are outside the shop.

I bet that is one choice smoker.

Hey Buddy!

I'm loving the Lang.

It's really a beast, well built, and it cooks like a dream.

I almost never smoke stuff this time of year because it's just too hot.

But I've been smoking something every weekend since I got it.

When the weather cools down I can see myself using it 2-3 times a week.

Glad to hear it's all good Al.

I've stopped there before and they seem like great people. Hard workers. They are cutting and burning steel when I drive by in the morning. I think they start at 5:00am.
