I have a great idea for an improvement/mod to my little kc smoker.
I see all the seasoned folks doing many upgrades on thier rigs so i figured I should get with it also.
I would definitely need your help on this one. Actually you are the only person that i have met who would be able to help me.
Here is the idea.
I was thinking i could improve the resulst i get with the rival smoker if i seasoned the new one in a special way befor i used it
Since my toy will easily fit onto one shelf in your rig i was wondering if i could put the whole thing into yours while you are smoking ribs. This way the seasoning would favor rib smoking.
Ill bet it has not been done before
