My name is Rick and I am from Boston. I love to grill, I host large cookouts all summer long and grill my dinner at least 4 times a week. I have used a basic smoker before(Brinkmann Smoke n Grill), but recently got into the idea of building something custom.
I am very handy and have a good amount of tools at my disposal. Unfortunately the only equipment I don't have easy access to is welding equipment. I do have a welding shop around the corner from my house and I'm friendly with the owner if I do need a couple welds here and there.
I'll be posting about my custom build and looking for some advise. Great to join you and look forward to hearing from you!
