hey all, from Davenport, Fl . Been a chef for a long time and enjoy smoking meat, making pizza, and grilling. had a weber smokey Joe that did a pretty decent job. Currently have a gozney dome for pizza, roasting meats, etc., a weber spirit for basic grilling.
looking for a decent smoker. have my eye on kamado Joe classic 2. size would suit my purpose.
