Hey everybody,
I guess I am not new but I haven't been on in a while, so I thought I would just say hey. I haven't been smoking much lately as I have been buried under what seems like an endless Minnesota winter!! I can not wait for it to melt and the warm weather to show up.
I am still fairly new to smoking. I have two ecb's 1 electric and 1 charcoal. I am tossing around the idea of building a UDS this spring. This is a great site and I enjoy reading all the posts. I am looking forward to getting smoking and gaining experience. Oh...and learning as much as I can on here along the way.

Hi Russ! Glad to see you checking in! Hopefully the winter will break soon and you can get those smokers fired up! In the mean time you might want to check out Jeff's Free 5 day E-Course, it will teach you all the basics plus a whole lot more!

 to SMF!  Welcome Back....ditto with the weather.  We haven't had the cold and the snow...but I am beginning to think we need to build an Ark here.  Rain almost all the time for this season!
