That's awesome Case, them smokers are how I was introduced to the TBS over 20 yrs ago ! My Grandpa used to use the Big & Little Chief smokers.... Always remember turkey's & salmon ! Them were the days ! Remember helping him when I was a kid, fond memories !

I have a old folding lc smoker that I converted to propane canister. Used to pack in my baggage to Alaska and smoke the salmon right by the creek. Made some great stuff with that smoker.
