EDIT: Herb-seasoned* chicken recipe

Hey,

Speaking quite frankly, I'm a newbie when it comes to cooking. Please pardon me if there's something unconventional about the recipe. Anyway, here's a chicken recipe experimented with some fresh herb seasonings. My love for chicken grows strong with every attempt. My mother loved it and I'm delighted to share it.

1) Okay, first you need two cups of minced chicken. Marinate the meat with garlic paste, black pepper powder, chopped coriander, cardamom and cloves green chillies, powdered cinnamon, cumin seeds and allspice for about two to three hours.
2) Grind the blend to form a smooth thick paste. Ply it well and coat with simmered gram and egg. Refrigerate for thirty minutes.
3) Shape the meat before grilling or bake it in an oven.
4) Brush the meat with ghee while cooking.
5) Serve it hot with your most loved sauce. Additionally, decorate it with your choice of some herb seasonings, onion and lemon.

Go ahead and serve that starter! Do try it out and let me know :)
