help to buy a smoker

I'm have not used either so can't confirm on that, but since this is for a business I would look at which one can you get spare parts for as well. Stuff will wear out, rust, break, etc. and if you can't get parts your in a world of hurt.
 
Welcome Adanzar! I'm in the same boat as you and I'm leaning toward the ole hickory CTO. I Haven't heard of the other cooker before but all my research says you can't go wrong with the CTO
 
both smokers look pretty nice. I have nothing to back this up but #1 looks pretty nice.  You will find the right one so let us know your final decision.

  What woods are you planning to use for smoking?  Being quite a ways higher in elevation you probably have access to some woods that I can not find here.  I plan on pimento (allspice), almond, maybe coffee and chagalapoli which is like a sour cherry type fruit.
