HELP!!! Temp wood wood heater design for smoker box

Anyone ever tried doing there firebox build like a old temp wood wood heater? Anyone think it's a good idea any ideas and help would be appreciated

I'm in the process now if your talking about a wood burning stove.  I'll let you know how she burns.

Yes I'm talking about using the same design as a temp wood wood stove how they use the pipes for the vents for my firebox on my smoker

Let me know if you have any info from anyone on using that design and do u have any pictures of inside of the firebox
