HELP !!! I was trying to make a brisket over night... LG smoker was set to 225 bc it was a cold night. I put it on around 2 am, woke up at 7 to find the smoker shut off and the grill was sitting at 30deg.... meat dropped to 60 deg..... should i toss it or turn the grill back on and continue ? Meat got prob 3-4 hours before it shut off

Keep on cooking it, if it had 3 or 4 hours of heat you'll be fine.
