Help needed with UDS build

Hi All

I am Cyderpig from North Somerset, England. And I am new to this forum.

I want to ask some questions about UDS builds.

I have two 45 gal drums burnt out and ready to go plus a smaller 60 litre drum.

I have made my firebox out of an old beer keg.

What I really need to know is do people use diffusers and water bowl in there pits, and at what heights are the grills fitted at?
