Hello everyone, Happy New Year. Looking into the purchase of a Bradley electric 4 rack smoker. Would be very appreciative if any who may own or have experienced any Bradley machines be kind enough to give me some feed back. On checking the reviews there seem to be a mixture of good and bad. I am so confused... LOL Many kind thanks for reading and look forward to any replies.

Regards,

Andy

Andy,

send a PM to Nepas. He has lots of experience with them and will be of great help.

I owned one for a few years. Bradley has great customer service. My only complaint was the cost of wood biscuits. I also had a friend machine an aluminum blank to put in the wood feeder to make sure the last biscuit would be fully pushed onto the burner. This may not be an issue un the new units.

Your in London so you will have a different voltage than we have. The operations of the Bradley will still be the same. As far as pushing the wood pucks off the slide and having a metal followers to push all the pucks off, thats an after mkt item. The pusher arm will only push the last puck so far. The metal followers are pushed forward and push all the spent pucks into the water.

I have 4 Bradleys and have no problems like i did the MES
