**help me name this**

Ok we (my family) have come up with a few names but I would like to get some ideas from you guys. Some day I would like to open a restaurant and serve bbq in the afternoons and breakfast. those are the 2 biggies in the town I live in. Any ways the 2 we have come up with are either "THE RUINER" or "ROCK BOTTOM" the first because it ruins you for any activities after eating it and the second because it hits your stomach like a rock.
here are the sequence of putting this together
first 2 biscuits split, and hash browns put on top

(sorry had a problem with my photobucket)

then we add some gravy to it (bacon,sausage,green chile's,cumin,ect...)

next is some bacon 2 or 4 slices depending on who it's for

slap on some eggs

last but not least slap on some stokes pork chile sauce (if you haven't used this stuff u need to get some) and a dab of cheese.

as you can see why this needs a fitting name. thanks for viewing

I like them guys...keep'em comin...these pics don't do the size justice...next time I will weigh it also...if you can believe it one of my twin 15 year old boys ate 2 of them....now he is feeling the pain tho...lol...i luv making people miserable with my food.(in a good way)
