I have two things I need straightened out. First, I'm a new member and I've been trying to fill out the roll call section. It will simply NOT let me input info. I click on the applicable tab and instead of moving me over to a "fill in the blanks" page, it simply sends me back to the page I just left. I have been dicking around with this for about 2 weeks and am really getting pi**ed off!!!!So, ignoring my prima donna rant, here's what I really want to know. I want to smoke some spanish paprika. There seems to be lots of info on how to smoke it, but next to no info on what kind of peppers to use. Now, before you get too technical, let me explain.I own a gravel truck and I work in the oil patch around Drayton Valley, Alberta, Canada. Drayton is a town of about 5000 people, all rig pigs, and supplies are EXTREMELY limited. We have two grocery stores and they both suck. My wife and I drive 2 hours into Edmonton to shop (once every 2 months). I would go more often, but from June to the end of Nov, I work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week--kinda interferes with shopping trips.
