HELP: best sage breakfast recipe

The last breakfast links I made were an AC Legs mix which was OK until I added some garlic powder, lots of sage, and black pepper. Can someone give me a killer sage breakfast link recipe for 10 lbs that's not too spicey for kids? Thanks in advance!!
