Been reading this site for about a week,, looking at all the wonderful things on here just had too register! Just recently moved too Alberta from Ontario,, was given a masterbuilt grill/smoker as a gift before I left home and am just itching too use this thing! Have done a lil smoking before I moved here on a neighbours smoker,, mainly just trout and some jerky.. they turned out great,, but this site has openned my eyes to so many more possibilities! Hope to be able too pick a few brains while im here!
