I am a complete newbie to smoking, never done it before in any form, so I apologise for the inevitable stupid questions, but I'm wanting to build my own smoker and everyone has to start somewhere, so thought I'd join, to learn and get some advice.

I do think its becoming alot more popular over here, I've spoken to a few friend and neighbours who are all looking into smoking of some sort. maybe its the nicer weather weve had recently :-)
