Whats good everybody? My name is Dustin from Nashville TN.  I'm a novice when it comes to smoking but would like to master some smoking techniques.  My weapon of choice is a SuperPro Chargriller with the fireside and some other mod's that I've done.  Looking forward to learning some new techniques from everyone!
