Hey everybody, this is Jimmy from Illinois. I am new to the forum, but I have been smoking on a grill dome for years. Just recently I have really gotten into making my own sausages. I got a Masterbuilt smoker last year and have used it quite a bit. I found you all as I was searching on how to make a smoker myself and Wow!   What a great bunch of information available and some really cool smoker builds. I am so glad to found you all!!
