Hi I am interested in learning about cold smoking and making kabana and Strasburg out of venison so I can use the meat better and a hobby I can enjoy along with all my other hobbies I enjoy fishing and hunting dogs and have ferrets which I use to catch rabbit and I am from Australia Victoria
