Hey everyone, my name is Jon. I am originally from New Hampshire and that is still where I call home but I currently live in Nebraska. I am an active duty Airman in the US Air Force. Recently got into BBQing and Smoking and I am here to learn as much as I can to get better at it. I am currently deployed so I cant practice or even cook anything but hopefully I can save some knowledge to use for when I get back home.
