Hello, my name is Steve. I live in Naples Florida. I started smoking on my 22.5 Webber kettle grill awhile back. Then I tried a crusty Brinkman charcoal water smoker a friend gave me but that was a lot of work. I then went on to a Brinkman all in one combo smoker and it was a terrible disappointment. Now I have a Master Forge dual door cabinet smoker that I absolutely like. I still use my Webber kettle quite a bit for ribs, fish meatloaf and smaller cuts of meat and use the MFer for larger cuts.

Maybe we can share tips and recipes?

Looking forward to getting involved with these forums.
