I'm an avid griller love my charcoal performer and Weber rotisserie.  Do a good deal of brewing.

Enjoy fine cigars and a scotch.

Have done some smoking with my Weber performer using the smokanator but not a lot. 

I'm looking at making a purchase soon of MES 40 and pairing that up with the AMA ZN.  Mostly reading lots of information on this forum at this point and looking forward to putting it to use in the form of good purchases and then tasty Q.
