Hello to SMF !!!

I've recently gotten into the smoking addiction ... it started off with purchasing a propane smoker from Lowes. Since then it hasn't stopped... started with ribs, moved to butts, then to poultry and now I'm getting into sausage making.

I have had great reviews from everyone that has eaten my smoked meat. People crave it and request it often... there ain't nothing like the smell of smoked meat in the middle of the city.

I have been frequenting this site since I started smoking and I just wanted to say it has been very helpful. I finally have the time to join and hope to contribute my experiences and share my advice to SMF.

Welcome big city! I know what your saying about that wonderful smell; it's one of my secret "ingredients". Whenever we have a patio party I always make sure something is smoking so the guests can get get good and hungry smelling that meat smoke while waiting for dinner. By the time I ring the dinner bell, they are ready to pig out, then pass out! LOL
