Thanks Scarbelly,I THINK I joined the socal board,I clicked on join.

We are in the mtns by BigBear area,cant make weekend events as one of us usually has to work the weekend.When does the avocado crop come in?

The big harvest was ready for Superbowl but we have guys harvesting year round. Big festival here next month - Avocado Festival will draw 60K in visitors on one Sunday.  We always go real early to support the local groups and get back home by 10 to avoid the crowds.
