Hey everyone!

Name is Tom from Omaha Nebraska.  I love smoking meat!  Currently have approx 50 Lbs of Pork Butts on an old (25 year old) Oklahoma Joe Smoker and 2 LP smokers.  I also smoke with a PITT BOSS Pellet Smoker that I love for the ease of smoking.  I have catered to over 400 people on multiple occasions and would do it everyday if I could.  What a bout you guys?
