Hello Smokers!

I fired up my MES 30 this morning, so I thought I would join this site. I've visited on here many times since I won my MES 30 on Dealdash(no lie) for a total of $30.27 in October.
I've grilled and such all my life but never did much smoking. It was great to find this forum when I was just getting started. Very, very helpful.
So, 3 months in and I love my MES 30, been very pleased with all I've smoked. I'm making subtle adjustments for each type of meat and all are getting better everytime.
Look forward to getting more useful advice on these forums. Gotta go add some chips.

 to the SMF.  You will love the information you get from this forum and will never be sorry you joined.  When you get a chance please update your profile to include your location. This will help the folks here better understand the conditions in which you smoke.
