Hello SMF I'm shields from central Mississippi I'm 26.. looking to build a cold smoker in the back yard I do a lot if hunting and kill about everything looking to learn how to cold smoke meat mostly deer, rabbits, and pork I Wanna take it slow at first and move up soon just looking for some good homemade cold smoker ideas and looking for tips anybody has to offer on cold smoking... thanks very much... shields
