My name is Milton. From Georgia.

Been smoking 8 years or so.(really like Jeffs Rub and Sauce)

Prefer "offset smokers"! (Glutton for punishment along with BBQ!)

Started on a Chargriller. Now have a "Brinkmann" Limited Edition Trailmaster and a larger"Old Country" Smoker.

Have sealed both with "high heat" caulk and they do quite well at holding temp.

Old country Smoker at my home along with an older model Brinkmann for grilling.

Brinkmann smoker at my RV site and I grill there on a "Cowboy Grill".

My favorite things to smoke are Brisket, Butts, Baby Backs.

I use Lump charcole to start my wood.Misquite,Hickory and some fruit woods.

I use electric starters for the charcole.

My wife uses a Weber gas grill for her cooking.

My main goal in smoking is for my family and friends enjoy it.

Looking forward to talking with folks I can learn from!
