Hi guys, of course I am new here to this forum. Like you all I love sitting back and slow cooking my food. I live in the bay area of Northern California. What we lack in BBQ joints we make up for in good BBQ weather. I do not have a smoker, so I have been limited to either ribs and chicken or tying myself to my Weber Grill keeping the coals lit and replenished for hours on end for things like brisket or pork butt. I am looking into either buying or making myself a smoker, so I can spend a bit more time away from the cooking meat than I can afford with the grill.

Anyhow, glad to have found this place. You can all blame me being here on Jeff, for posting this simple yet perfect finishing sauce. http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/49892/finishing-sauce-for-pulled-pork

See you all around the site.

Carlos

Yeah I just did after joining. I figured if the rub was as good as he says, it would save me that much on gasoline driving to pick up my favorite rub. :P
