I got the itch, bought a Master Forge gas smoker last September and been having a blast with it

First brisket I did last September was ok but not great.

Did a pork loin, was very tasty.

Smoker sat over the winter because could not keep a constant temp.

Started it up again in March, after I did some improvements, its on the button.

Then I came across this forum and now I smoke more, let the wife handle the gas grill.

Never heard of a fatty, saw it, made one, fantastic.

I did finally two weeks ago smoke a great brisket, I am HOOKED.

Thank you all for all the info that is here.
